Delivery fees
Our standard delivery fee is $10, however some bulky items will incur an extra surcharge which will be calculated at checkout.
Packaging Info
Where use recyclable materials as much as we can. The balls that come in boxes are made in NZ from starch and contains sustainable renewable materials.

Returns
Whilst we know you will love your Peggy products, if something isn’t right please get in touch at hello@peggy.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your product to arrange a return.
Items received outside of this time period will not be accepted.
Returned items must be returned unused and in original condition, with original packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for items than have been damaged, or used.
Shipping costs to return an item are at the customers expense unless the item is faulty. We only refund original shipping costs if the item is faulty.
